Hundreds Have Been Where You Are.
Here's What They Say.
Suspect Asbestos? Here’s How We Help You Sort It
Maybe a renovation has stopped because something suspicious turned up under the floor or in the garage roof. Maybe a survey has flagged asbestos and your sale or your let is now on hold. Or you manage a commercial building and the duty to deal with it has landed on you.
However you got here, the hard part is usually not knowing how bad it is, or what to do next. That is what we take off your hands. We start with an asbestos survey to find out exactly what is there, then remove it safely, dispose of it legally and give you the documentation that proves the job was done properly.
Call 0239 307 2182, message us on WhatsApp, or fill in the enquiry form and we will tell you the next step.
Our HSE Licence and Accreditations
Know Exactly What Happens Next
From your first call to the final sign-off, every job we take on follows the same four steps.
Survey, Inspection and Testing
Every job starts by finding out exactly what is there. We inspect the property and, where needed, take samples for analysis at a UKAS-accredited laboratory, so nothing is guessed and nothing is missed.
A Clear Plan and Quote
Once we know what we are dealing with, you get a written quote and a plan for the work. No vague estimates and no surprises later. You get a fixed price and a timeline you can rely on.
We Carry Out the Work
Our trained operatives carry out the work safely, using the right controls to stop fibre release and protecting your floors, fittings and the rest of the property as they go. All waste is removed and handled as hazardous waste, in line with the regulations.
Clearance, Sign-Off and Paperwork
When the work is finished, we clean the area and, on licensed jobs, arrange a clearance air test to confirm the property is safe. You receive the full documentation, including a hazardous waste consignment note, so you can prove every step was handled correctly.
