Meyer Southern recently completed an asbestos management survey at Lucton House Residential Home, 8 Long Wood, Birmingham, B30 1HT, to support the client in complying with their health and safety responsibilities and the ongoing management of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) within the premises.
A management survey is the standard survey for a building in normal occupation. Its purpose is to locate, as far as reasonably practicable, any ACMs that could be disturbed or damaged during day-to-day use, routine maintenance, or minor installation work, and to assess their condition.
